Six practical questions

Before you enquire.

What if I change my mind?

Tell us before payment and we will close the enquiry without pressure. After payment, the applicable cancellation and return terms are [CONFIRM: returns policy] and will be supplied in writing before you proceed.

Do I have to give my phone number?

No. Your name, email, artwork reference and message are enough. A telephone or WhatsApp number is optional and used only if you choose to provide it.

Will an enquiry reserve the artwork?

No. An enquiry checks availability but does not reserve a work. Any reservation period, deposit and expiry time must be confirmed in writing for the individual artwork.

Can I see the work on my wall first?

Yes. Send a straight-on wall photograph and one reliable measurement. We will prepare a to-scale visualisation within [CONFIRM: reply-time promise], free and without obligation.

What paperwork will I receive?

Before payment, you receive the invoice, artwork specification, condition information, certificate details and agreed delivery terms. Any missing artwork-specific field is confirmed rather than assumed.

Will you arrange framing and installation?

The gallery can quote framing, specialist delivery and installation for the work and destination. Named partners, materials, timing and cost are confirmed in writing before you authorise them.
